Alexander Technique and Horses
May 5 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm$250
Come join us for an Introduction to Alexander Technique with Maggie McRae!
In the morning, participants will be introduced to Alexander Technique principles as well as a brief history of the technique. As the technique is taught through a pairing of verbal and hands-on instruction, each student will have the opportunity to receive some hands on work.
After lunch, we’ll head to the barn and students will be able to experience how the Alexander Technique can enhance their riding skills with the assistance of our Blue Rider Staff.
**No previous experience with either riding or Alexander technique required.**
